WHAT EXACTLY IS IN APPLE CIDER VINEGAR?
The principal active component in ACV is acetic acid, which may result in all of the potential benefits that ACV might hold.

Again, these studies by themselves are extremely interesting, but without further research, they don’t really indicate that ACV can reliably produce these effects or that ACV should be taken with the intention of treating or preventing any condition!
